Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully, together with any additional policies or notices published on the IRONCORE website, as they collectively govern your access to and use of our website, services, customer support channels, and any related digital platforms or applications (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
IRONCORE reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be made available on the Platform and may also be communicated through email notifications or on-screen alerts once the revised terms come into effect. We encourage you to review this section periodically to remain informed of any updates.
By placing an order through the IRONCORE website, mobile application, or customer support channels (an “Order”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the version of the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time your Order is submitted. If changes to applicable laws require us to modify these Terms after an Order has been placed but before it has been fulfilled, such changes may apply to your Order as required by law. In all other circumstances, the Terms in force at the time of purchase will govern the transaction.
Your continued access to or use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

SHIPPING POLICY
IRONCORE ships orders to selected domestic and international locations. Delivery times and shipping fees may vary depending on destination, order size, and courier availability.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative only. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, weather conditions, or courier disruptions.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS where applicable. IRONCORE is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns on eligible items provided the request is made within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (including worn apparel or clearance items, if applicable) may not be eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

REFUNDS POLICY
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
IRONCORE reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet return conditions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the IRONCORE Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, IRONCORE shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our Platform or products.
All products are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we ensure high standards of quality and performance, individual results may vary based on usage, training intensity, and care of the product.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
Product Use Disclaimer
IRONCORE products are designed for training and lifestyle use. Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate apparel based on their activity, environment, and physical condition. IRONCORE shall not be responsible for injuries, discomfort, or performance outcomes resulting from misuse or improper care of products.
Force Majeure
IRONCORE shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, government actions, supply chain disruptions, customs delays, or courier interruptions.
Modifications & Termination
IRONCORE reserves the right to:
- Update or modify these Terms at any time
- Suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violations
- Cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

- Prices, product availability, and specifications may be updated without notice.
